TMJ album is done!

Wednesday, November 4th, 2009

The Moody Jewsdebut album is finally done! MP3s will be posted ASAP!
Begun on January 4th with engineer Paul Lynch, TMJ set out to record our 5 best songs. Written by Cantor Steve Hevenstone, they are a blend of classic Rock, World beats, traditional Hebrew verse and more … I’m very excited that TMJ can finally share its sounds with fans outside of live performances. ~Nick

Sara Speert Photography wins, again!

Wednesday, September 26th, 2007

Creative Loafing magazine released its annual “Best of Atlanta” issue this morning, and a huge ”congrats” is due to Sara Speert Photography who won ”Best Visual Artist” for her second year in a row!  A brand-new category was created this year called “Best Photographer,” and SSP won that too!  Plus, Sara’s web won “Best Local Arts Website.”  That’s an amazing three categories!  Awesome.

I’m proud to have used SSP exclusively since 2004 for all of my photographic needs (including the artwork for the Ripple CD booklet). Check out Sara’s work:
